Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for all staff is an essential aspect of school transformation. The LGfL CPD section is a resource to support and develop staff who have the responsibility for the leadership of continuing professional development in London schools.

London's Learning is for CPD leaders/co-ordinators. It is a practical resource to support the exchange of practice and to spark ideas which promote a culture of professional learning across London. This resource has been developed by practitioners working in schools and local authorities across London. London’s Learning Community is the place for CPD leaders and co-ordinators in London schools and authorities - your forum to share your ideas and exchange resources.
